Yuri Ostapyuk

Partner

Yurii is an investor into a number of successful Ukrainian businesses. He is an owner of Dneprochem LLC, N.I. Pirogov Dnipro Medical Center and the video production studio, Mriya Production.

Yurii possesses 23 years of experience in the distribution sector. He has a longstanding track record of investing in trading, logistics, and investment companies. Yurii holds a Master’s degree in Technology. Since 2014, Yurii has been actively involved as a volunteer, benefactor, and coordinator of support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He serves as a Board Member of the CEO Club,
Vice President of the Soborna Ukraine Foundation, Co-founder and Board Member of the SaveDnipro NGO, and Board Member of the Generation+ Charity Foundation.

Vyacheslav Shchokin

Partner and CEO

Vyacheslav is managing daily operations and investments for CitiAktyv. His area of specialization is in general management of financial institutions. Vyacheslav is also heavily involved in marketing, pre-selection of investments and building of relationships with stakeholders (commercial banks, financial companies and investment targets).

Vyacheslav possesses 25 years of experience in general management. Before joining CitіAktyv, Vyacheslav held management positions in First Ukrainian International Bank and Azovstal.

Olexandr is responsible for risk management, financial planning and analysis, and investment process. Oleksandr also governs and monitors the process of preparation of financial reports, both for internal purposes and for the Supervisory Board.
